Tami Roman Tells Judge “Millions Will Suffer” If ‘Basketball Wives’ Is Taken Off The Air

Tami Roman is pleading for a judge to allow Basketball Wives to continue to air because millions will suffer from not seeing the show.

Tami Roman tells judge “millions will suffer” if ‘Basketball Wives’ is taken off the air

The back story is Tami Roman was sued last March by Creme de la Creme hair company alleging she broke their contract for Roman to promote their hair extensions on this season of Basketball Wives. The company claims instead of promoting their hair products, Tami was promoting her own hair extensions on the show and they want a judge to stop any airing of scenes where Tami mentions her hair products and not theirs.

Tami recently responded to the suit by claiming she was the victim in the situation. Roman said Creme de la Creme failed to pay her on time which negated their agreement. She believes she had no obligation to promote Creme de la Creme’s products because the check wasn’t delivered when it was promised.

One of the most interesting parts of Roman’s rebuttal was when she asks the court to allow the show to continue to air as scheduled because “millions will suffer” and the harm Creme de la Creme “pales in comparison to the harm the millions will suffer.” Tami wants the court to order Creme de la Creme to remove her name and likeness from their products as well as allowing the show to continue to air and pay her court fees.

A judge has yet to rule in the case.

“Basketball Wives” cast member Tami Roman is being sued by a hair care products company for a breach of contract. The 40-year-old mother of 2 went before a judge this week to stop the company from disrupting the show’s shooting schedule, because, as she put it “millions of people,” will “suffer” if the show is taken off the air.

Additionally, one company has already pulled ad spots from the scripted show as the result of a petition created by Alexis M., who objects to the fake violence that saturates the show every week.

In an update on Tuesday, Alexis M. reports that Summer’s Eve has agreed to pull their ads from both “Basketball Wives” and the spin-off show “Eve and Ocho,” which premieres in September.

I see said the blind man. And now…
