It’s been noted that for many African-Americans the Kool-Aid flavor of choice is hands down, red. (EbenGegory note…f**k outta here that statement Grio).
Two men in the Brightmoor neighborhood of Detroit got so passionate about their own mixes of Kool-Aid that they began arguing about who could make the drink better. The argument got progressively heated as time went by and ultimately took a turn for the worse, witnesses say. The two men both pulled out guns and began firing at one another.
Over Kool-Aid? Yes, over Kool-Aid.
The two men must have been more skilled at making the drink than shooting a gun because both men missed one another and hit two innocent bystanders. The two victims suffered gunshot wounds to the wrist and buttocks. Police call the entire ordeal “utterly ridiculous, but they’ve seen worse“.
