The drama between Hot 97 and Power 105 employees spills over on Twitter as DJ Funkmaster Flex gets at Charlamagne the God in a highly disrespectful, two-tweet rant from the Hot 97 DJ.

Flex took to Twitter earlier and called out Charlamagne by saying:
This entire situation began when Charlamagne named Hot 97′s Mister Cee the “Donkey of the Day” after Cee was arrested for being with a male prostitute months ago.Funkmaster Flex got on the air later that evening to defend his friend and co-worker and even threatened to expose a Power 105.1 employee.
And now…Rosenberg joins the fun.

hot 97 been feel off. Who listens to those guys anyway. the morning show is sloppy with two fat immature men.starring a white guy that doesn’t apprecitate going to a black concert that doesn’t have a playlist completly filled with drugs and violence.that is why he is mad at nikki minaj because she is diverse.also this radio staion has called haitian women out of their names before and that is black women in general.not to mention they did this after the earthquake hit haiti,so f*ck whack 97 i listen to the breakfast club and power 105.1 all day (rick ross voice) i ride for niggas dawg!
The Breakfast Club is doing well as a radio program (albeit, for whatever that means in the internet age) so I’m really not seeing where Rosenberg has a point. Flex has been grasping at straws for years now to stay relevant, and Rosenberg called Yee a slut…how scandalous! There are three people on a show and you choose to discuss the female and allude to her being easy. That’s original. Flex sucks and is the worst interviewer I’ve ever heard because he talks way too much and makes everything about him, and Rosenberg is always talking about how Jewish/white and from the suburbs he is, which has been tired. They both are way too self-important, and the criticism Yee had, which was to not disrespect an artist you brought to a show on the day of the show, is 100% valid.

There is just way too much disrespect these days. I feel like Pete had a point and an opinion. Was it the right time, nope! At the end of the day I get both Nick’s and P’s views. NM was to have loyalty to her fans first. That is if she cares to stay relevant. Onika Miraj owes her loyalty to Wayne. There is a difference. I would think Nick, Roman, Martha, and all that would know the code. She seems to navigate well with multiple personalities. It does get draining when you have to be everybody but yourself! Back to the beneficiaries of it all. Pete, Flex, and the BC. Way to be smarter than the artists and use them up to the fullest! I live in NYC. I don’t actually know anyone that listens to the radio. These radio “personalities” are like F-List celebrities hoping to get publicity in their dying medium by lowering themselves to the level of “beefing.” There’s obviously little artistic talent in playing the same pop songs and commercials all day long.
