Last night, we were hit with the unfortunate news that Yvette Wilson, former star of ‘Moesha’ and the spin off, ‘The Parkers’ lost her battle with Cancer.
For the past few weeks, Yvette’s family and friends had been attempting to raise money online through the website Give Forward, in an attempt to cover her medical costs but weren’t able to raise enough in time to save her life. This set off Nicki Minaj, who upon hearing the news of her death, starting tweeting her frustration about health care in America to President Obama.
