NBA star Kris Humphries’ legal team is reportedly on the prowl to subpoena engaged model Amber Rose to help in his deposition case with ex-lover Kim Kardashian.

According to reports, Rose could help prove Kardashian lied about not being romantically linked to current boyfriend Kanye West during their short-lived marriage.
Kris Humphries is going to subpoena Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, because she has previously claimed that the hip hop superstar and reality TV star hooked up several years ago and not recently as Kim has claimed; meanwhile, the NBA star’s deposition is taking place right now in Minnesota, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Kris legal team “will absolutely be issuing a subpoena for Amber Rose to be deposed because she has very relevant information and could contradict Kim’s timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved. Kris’ team hasn’t spoken to Amber yet, but they are hopeful that she will be a cooperative witness. If Kris’ lawyers determine she will be a hostile witness, they will still depose her because they just want to get to the truth,” a source close to the situation tells us.
Back in January, Rose claimed she had proof Yeezy cheated on her with Kim K during their two-year run.
“I don’t want to get into details on how I know but I still stick by my words, you know what I mean,” she said in an interview. “The story is very much true. I just feel like I’m all about women empowerment and I feel like I stooped down to her level by calling her a name. I didn’t have to call her a home-wrecker. I don’t believe, I know [she slept with Kanye]. I really don’t want to get into details about it, there’s a whole ‘nother story — I forgive, I forget, and I’m just done with that whole situation. She definitely didn’t deny it because she can’t because that’s not the truth. I know what the truth is, she knows what the truth is, Reggie [Bush] knows what the truth is and so does Kanye. … I have solid proof, I just don’t want to take it there. If her fans want to believe her and if my fans want to believe me and you guys want to believe whoever, then that’s fine, I’m not trying to take it to the next level because I could really embarrass her and prove everybody wrong and I’m not about doing that.”
