I think that the guy Jomo is dead wrong for going at Meek Mill that way. If he really was/is a man of God and wanted to correct Meek Mill then he would have just contacted him personally and set him straight but dude went directly to the media and went for the 15Min look. Jomo sounds like a religious fanatic in my opinion.

On top of that. Jomo is hollering all about Jesus Christ and following him but Jesus died for our sins so we can believe and follow the word of God. Christ was the word of God in the flesh. He did his part on earth and now we must have faith in the father, who is one with the son. Jomo didn’t make sense and I was actually surprised how many points Meek Mill had when he was going off on Jomo. A man lives by his deeds and not so much what he says because there are many people who use God word to mislead people into believing and following them. Jesus Christ dealt directly with the individuals himself and tried to show them the way, instead of going and shouting for attention. People came to Jesus for his teachings. Don’t mean to go all the way into this but Jomo was only quoting scriptures and while Meek Mill lyrics may not be righteous it still didn’t give Jomo the right to put him on blast without confronting Meek Mill first.

it’s funny how 2000 years later, we still believe good deeds will somehow override the inevitable responsibility we have to take for our sin. Agreed, this was a terrible attempt at presenting the gospel. The Word of God warns us not to waste doctrine on those who treat it in this manner. Matthew 7:6

Pointless conversation. Particularly since Meek made it clear during the talk that he doesn’t believe in God.

    • avatar BrainStorm says:

He said he doesn’t believe in religion/church…
I myself am startin’ to think there’s a stark difference between the two…

      • avatar Frenzy says:

I thought I heard him say “God.” I could have misheard it though.
But I do personally believe there is a huge difference between religion/church and God. I have nothing but contempt for most religions. But I believe in God in my own way.

Ugh the pastor’s right about the fact that meek promotes spiritual death by a wordly way of living. But his delivery was soooo wrong he shoulda kept it smart & talked to him face to face. did he really think that he could have an actual impact on meek with the word of God in this manner? smh Knowing were meek came from & were he is now, it’s insane to think he could actually do any good by takin it to the media.
