Lil’ Wayne showed up to the 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas last night with a familiar face in his entourage.

Karrine ‘Superhead’ Steffans was spotted cuddled up with the Cash Money president in VIP, and the two were even holding hands at one point as he leaned in and whispered in her ear.

Karrine and Lil’ Wayne have made no secret of their on again/off again relationship and admiration for one another. Wayne has mentioned her in a few of his songs, and she’s said in the past that she will always love and respect him, while making sure he knows that. Okay girl….
