NBA Issues Flopping Examples Using Video Of Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade & More (Video)

Reports IFWT:

The NBA put a new set of rules and fines to prevent flopping which has become a huge problem. A “flop” is a player exaggerating contact made during a play in order to get a foul called by the official. Many believe this will be hard to call so the NBA has rolled out a video to give everyone examples of what would be considered a flop. Check it out after the jump.

The narration in the video is just as funny as the 244 pound Reggie Evans falling to the floor like he got hit by a bus. The video features the Clippers more than any other team, coincidence?

Flops will be reviewed after the game and assessed a fine based on the following scale.

First violation is a warning after that:

Violation 2: $5,000 fine
Violation 3: $10,000 fine
Violation 4: $15,000 fine
Violation 5: $30,000 fine

And now…the flop video.

This is EbenGregory.com…telling you sounds like players are just gonna have to fake a bluff better.
