R&B superstar Mary J. Blige and her husband Kendu Issacs just got slapped with a $2 million lawsuit for defaulting on a bank loan.
Reports Rhymes With Snitch:
Signature Bank filed the lawsuit against Mary J and Kendu in New York on Wednesday claiming the couple took out a $2.2 million loan in October 2011 and defaulted on it in July 2012.
Signature Bank is seeking the original amount plus $58,000 in interest.
The lawsuit also names Blige’s production company, Mary Jane Productions Inc.
