Last week Katt Williams was caught on surveillance video slapping a Target employee and then making his escape on a motorized cart.
Welp, the Yolo County District Attorney’s office just filed charges of assault against Katt for the Target incident.
This follows charges of fleeing and alluding on a motorized three wheel trike and assault and disorderly charges filed in Seattle.
