A pastor from Chicago’s Southside is claiming he’ll be baptizing Chief Keef the Sunday after the young rapper is released from prison.
Reports Vlad via Karen Civil:
The pastor, Corey Brooks, is the leader of New Beginnings Church not far from Keef’s home.
In the past, Pastor Brooks has been known for his community activism. He spent parts of winter on top of an abandoned motel in hopes that it would be torn down, and spend months of last summer walking across the country to raise money for a community center.
Do you believe Chief Keef has actually responded to the Gospel and wants to be baptized? Check out Pastor Brook’s tweets below.
And now…the tweets.

I see said the blind man. And now…
This is EbenGregroy.com…telling you it’ll go something like this: Minister: “Welcome, brother! Do you reject Satan and all his works?”
Chief Keef: “Sure.”

juicy j is the man and im just looking for a job and dont care whos the boss.
Yes, We all have the free will, to choose life or death every single day, God or the devil. There is no in-between. God calls out for us in so many ways, those who He sees are wanting, searching and hurting, we have so many distractions and clutter in life, that it can be almost impossible to hear Him, and reach out. If this is true, I pray nothing but God’s anointing on this boy’s life. And he comes under God’s conviction to LEAVE the music industry he is under. ITs run by nothing but wicked wicked homosexuals and pedophiles who want noting but THE WORST for you and your soul. They do not truly care or look out for you. God bless if this is true, I hope so. God can make a way for him to leave while its still early. And he can be an example for so many young people out there, searching in all the wrong places for SALVATION.
That’s good for him…finally something positive…I don’t think she meant literally he has no choice, only that if you know better you should do better, keyword being ”should”…there’s full grown adults that know better and ”choose” to be IG-NANT. It’s good that he is acknowledging that he might wanna make some changes. To be honest nothing happens over night so I wish him all the best.
This should be interesting.
If God is choosing him, then it’s not up him! Can we say Gospel Rap Artist! Sounds cool to me!
If it’s not up to him, then he has no free will. If he has no free will, then none of us do. And if none of us do, then none of us are at fault for our actions. If that’s the case, then none of us are deserving of heaven or hell.
