Former WNBA Star, Chamique Holdsclaw Reacts To Facing 65 Years In Prison (Instagram)

Former WNBA star, Chamique Holdsclaw was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of criminal damage, and one count of possession of a firearm in commission of a felony–which could equal 65 years in prison.

Back in November, Chamique was involved in an argument with her ex-girlfriend and former teammate, Jennifer Lacy. Chamique allegedly smashed the window of Jennifer’s car with a baseball bat, and fired a shot through the car while Jennifer was in the car. Chamique turned herself in days later.

According to USA Today, Chamique is planning to enter a plea of not guilty. Her attorney will argue that she did not assault her girlfriend but she did assault the car. Another factor in her case will be her mental state. Chamique has reportedly attempted suicide in the past, and their argument occurred after an “emotional situation” between the two of them.

After her grand jury appearance, Chamique vented via Instagram:

I see said the blind man. And now…

This is EbenGregory.com…telling you the good thing for her is God will not look you over for medals, degrees or diplomas but for scars. Say word EbenGregory.

It boggles my mind that these days people seem to find the time to be on social media: twitter, instagram, facebook… no matter what dire situations they’re in. I mean someone could have died, and they on it the very next day. This is crazy. Well, for Ms. Holdsclaw, I hope she does come to repentance of her sins, and receives forgiveness from God.
