Ladies….it’s tricky out here. Be careful.

Man Wanted For Infecting 240 People With HIV (Details)

“I met Stephawn when I was 19 years old,” explains Joshua Johnson on his blog.

He continues:

“At 19, I was still trying to figure out my sexual orientation. I was still a virgin, because I was raised with traditional values. I was attracted to females, but I was also attracted to men. In fact, my attraction to men was stronger. I desperately tried to fight my attraction to the same sex, because I knew if I gave in that would mean a lifetime as an outcast in my family.

Johnson goes on to explain in great detail how he fell victim to a sexually promiscuous fugitive who is wanted for allegedly infecting at least 240 people with the HIV virus that causes AIDS.

Ladies, as you read Joshua’s story, keep in mind that black women are the fastest growing HIV demographic in the U.S. due to bisexual men who in relationships with women because they are confused about their sexuality.

Gay and bisexual men, regardless of race, are more sexually promiscuous than their heterosexual counterparts, according to Seekingarrangement.com.

Authorities in New York City are offering up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of 31-year-old Isaac Don Burks, aka Stephawn Burks, Stefan Levine, Isaac Levine, Stefan Burks, and Walter Brooks.
Burks is described as an African-American male, medium brown skin, six feet two inches tall, weighing 185 pounds.

According to New York City Health Department spokesperson Kate Caraway, this is the first time a HIV infected individual has spread HIV to so many victims.

“We want to make sure that anyone who may have injected drugs with, who may have had sex with him, does come forward and get tested,” she Caraway. “We want to make sure that they’re not spreading the virus to anyone else.”

Anyone with information regarding Burks’ whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIMESC (888-274-6372). Your call will remain anonymous.

And if this is a hoax, this ONE story – I wonder if this man in the photo – digitally altered or not, can sue whomever created it. Even still, this is not uncommon news. And by the way people, antibiotics are becoming resistant to many strains of disease/viruses. Stop fornicating period. This is the problem with sexually active youth as well, they’re being taught complete backwardness from so-called responsible adults/parents these days.

We had a similar situation break in Windsor, Ontario and the surrounding Greater Essex County area here in Canada. One male set off a storm of testing because he had slept with so many people, both male and female, and not disclosed his HIV status. They were able to identify him as the source because of his name repeatedly coming up during medical exams (although he used different names on occasion) and he also was infected with a particular Asian strain of the virus. He had picked this virus up from his main girlfriend. At least 4 people died from contracting the virus from him and he infected at least 15 other people and he is now in jail.
Condoms may provide some protection, but how about not sharing the most intimate embrace with someone you either A) Do not know well enough to have a frank, honest conversation about STD status, GET TESTED, and show each other the results ON PAPER, and still use a condom, or even worse B) Are not comfortable enough with or care enough about to do the above mentioned.
I don’t know if homophobia is to blame for the lack of honesty on many people’s part, although it probably is. I don’t know whether to condemn or condone it, the idea that this is a prevalent cause for the spread of HIV. The realer truth is that men are not being honest, Gay or not. Some of these women out there are, apparently, just as foul and reckless. How do you have 10 children, by as many men, and not expect to eventually catch something? After I left my first marriage I remained celibate for almost 11 years. I worked in healthcare and was very aware of what was out there. A little bit of paradise in someones arms is not worth a potential death sentence. Respect yourselves!

Amen to that. “A little bit of paradise in someones arms is not worth a potential death sentence. Respect yourselves!” So not worth it. AT ALL. In the end brings you more damage than good in so many different ways. A part of you is TAKEN, and you cant ever get it back. One time, wrong person, all it takes. Self-control and self-discipline, think before you lay yourself down. Sex was never meant to be casual, it was meant for the marriage bed. Period.

Wow, there are a lot of uneducated people in the world when it comes to SEX, HIV, and so-called “protection”. Wow! I was about to write more, but im pretty much speechless right now. Lord, we have a MAJOR problem.

IF this is real… where is the news clip. Why haven’t the NYPD announced anything official. Or the Atlanta pd either… all I see are a bunch of blog sites reporting this. And silly n word plural going along with it. I’m just saying look before you leap. Yes everyone should get tested and know their status, but this appears to be a hoax.. Until I see real evidence I won’t be as gullible as the rest of you n word plural.

Sir, if you aren’t “Satisfied” with this article, I am 100% positive you will find REAL NEWS out there. GOOGLE IT. And understand that this is real out there. Whether this particular article is a hoax or not, it absolutely does not take away from this being true some wheres else. Its sad to think that people can be so hard up when it comes to sex and the consequences of it, and not just accept what the message, what the point is trying to make.

        True, true.

I don’t know about this story ebengregory.. those are 3 different people in the mugshots. I fear this may be propaganda.

    • avatar Amal says:

Sir, that is the SAME man, and 240 people these days is not uncommon. Why?? Because We are living in a severely promiscuous and sexually charged world. Propaganda?? For what?? I wonder what this propaganda’s purpose would serve?? Hmm.. This man was sleeping with men and women UNPROTECTED or CONDOM used – dont matter, there is NO 100% way to protect yourself other than to keep your genitals in check and Not sleep with someone you not monogamously tied to – Married to. This generation is completely LOST.

  7. avatar D says:

These 240 people NEVER heard of condoms?

    • avatar no one says:

not all condoms are safe, and if you have read the whole blog, they said this man has taken drugs too. So you don’t just get H.I.V from sex, you can also get it other ways. do your research….

      • avatar Amal says:

D – condoms DO NOT keep you safe. Its a piece of rubber on your stick, THAT’s IT. They break, they come off – and what about the rest of your body?? Huh? Do condoms wrap and strap you up everywhere? No, they dont. Wow, people are completely ignorant to the fact that SEX does kill. In more ways than one – mind, body, soul. But folks, just GOT TO HAVE IT though right?? Obviously, at all risks and costs. I am ashamed to be a part of this generation.

      • avatar D says:

Condoms may not be 100% but it is better to wear them then not. I’m sure this guy was not using them AT ALL and his partners did not care AT ALL. Condoms are the next best thing to not having sex. Also, if they were foolish enough to share needles with him or do drugs in general, well those are the risks.

      • avatar D says:

Oooohhhh. so you can get it many different ways huh? Wow! didn’t now that but hey….in the article they are talking this guy having sex not drugs. You’re telling me to do my research but you are not even reading the article.

  8. avatar aj says:

hmm I not sure how these ppl would know for a fact they got HIV from him, unless all his partners were virgins, cause if not It would be very hard for me to believe someone who had unprotected sex with him is using condoms with everyone else…smh

    • avatar Amal says:

Well, that is true, but when these clinics started to compile records of patients giving out the SAME name of the possible carrier, it starts to get a little clearer as to who the monster might be. These men and women, DEFINITELY need to get everyone they been with before and after tested asap.
