The 38-year-old rapper, whose changing mug has not gone unnoticed over the past years, visited MTV Studios in New York City on Wednesday, but it wasn’t the new artist she was promoting who garnered most of the attention – it was Kim’s drastically different looking face – and RadarOnline.com has the shocking photos.
The late Notorious B.I.G.’s ex-girlfriend was dressed to the nines in leather and fur, barely concealing her boob-busting black bra as she entered the studios with her entourage, flaunting her new fuller-looking face painted in makeup.
Kim looked almost unrecognizable in September 2012, when she hit New York Fashion Week showing off fuller cheeks and lips.

Think she has some serious self esteem issues that spilled over…I remember seeing interviews even from Jermaine Dupree when he said he noticed that Biggie had put his goon hand on her. If you think about it if you have someone like that putting you down etc. that has to have an ill psychological affect. Then again that surgery sht is addictive.
