In a sneak peek of Fif’s “CBS Sunday Morning” interview, the rapper said he does not believe his music is influential enough to encourage widespread violence.

“No,” Fif said when asked if he thinks his music glorifies gun violence. “I think that the actual films, like, I’m flattered actually when they say that to me because it would mean that I’m so, I have such a strong hold on the youth or people in general that it completely changes their thought process — the music is that powerful. [Rap's more than discussing guns and violence]. Yeah, it’s a lot more. It’s writing. If you were doing that and didn’t actually experience it, I would say you’re glorifying it. Erin Andrews, former ESPN sideline reporter and host of Fox Sports’ college football show, displayed the dexterity of the athletes she covers when 50 Cent attempted to kiss her during a live broadcast Sunday from the Daytona 500.

Andrews was doing a live spot for Fox along pit road when 50 Cent suddenly showed up on camera from among a pack of people.

The rapper then attempted to plant one on the former “Dancing With the Stars” competitor, who was able to avoid a smack on the lips by swiftly moving her head from side to side while continuing to talk about the activities on pit road.

50 Cent had to settle for a kiss on the cheek.

Andrews commented a few times during her live spot that it was crazy along pit road before the start of NASCAR’s biggest race of the season, which happened to feature Danica Patrick as the first woman to start a Sprint Cup series race on the pole.

Andrews now joins ESPN’s Suzy Kolber, who had to rebuff an advance on live TV from legendary Jets quarterback Joe Namath, in the pantheon of avoiding awkward advances.

After Game launched an online petition for a G-Unit reunion, 50 Cent has responded by stating that he has no interest in getting the group back together.

During an interview with The Boombox (via HHNM), Fif echoed earlier statements that a G-Unit reunion was unlikely. “You’re not gonna get nothing back together,” he said. “I decide that. I do what I want to do. I don’t give a fuck what they talking about on a blog post.”

50 said that Game’s petition was just a publicity stunt and that every time he cools off, he brings up his former ally. “Every time there was nothing going on [Game] said ‘Fuck you, 50,’ to generate some sort of new interest,” he said. “But now that doesn’t work anymore. So you gotta figure out a new way to do it. And now it’s saying, ‘We’ll get G-Unit back together!’”

Talks of a G-Unit reunion have been circling for the past few weeks. Early last month, 50 said that there was a “strong possibility” that he, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo would join forces again. Game’s manager Dontay “Taydoe” Kidd revealed that they were working on getting the group back together, though 50 later recanted his earlier statement and said that it “probably [would] not” happen.

In Fif’s latest series of tweets, he continues to suggest Ross did not come close to dying despite reports which suggest otherwise.

Breaking: 50 Cent Negotiating With FOX For Animated Comedy Series Based On His Childhood

50 Cent is in talks with FOX to launch an animated comedy series based on his childhood.

Reports HipHopDX:

50 Cent is in negotiations to sell an animated comedy series about his life to FOX.

According to Deadline, the rapper is working with feature producer Randall Emmett and Imagine TV to sell the untitled project, which is loosely based on his adolescence.

The series, written by Carl Jones, is expected to be given a pilot or presentation order, focusing on “a mischievous but well-meaning boy who often tangles with his eccentric family and neighborhood.” In addition to Fif, Jones and Emmett, executive producers on the project include Imagine TV’s Brian Grazer, Francie Calfo and Andrew Jameson.

50 has previously adapted his life for the big screen with 2005′s theatrical release Get Rich or Die Tryin’. He will next appear in The Frozen Ground and The Tomb, and is executive producing the upcoming drama series Power for Starz.

50 Cent takes to Twitter to claim that Rick Ross wasn’t actually the target of a drive-by shooting attempt.

Reports HipHopDX:

Earlier this morning, Rick Ross crashed his Rolls Royce in Fort Lauderdale, Florida after someone fired shots at his vehicle, prompting him to drive his car into a building.

His longtime foe 50 Cent took to Twitter shortly after news broke, posting a picture of the vehicle being towed and noting that it did not have bullet holes.

“Hahaha fat boy hit the building?lol it looks staged to me. No hole’s in da car,” wrote Fif.

Though the longtime beef between Ross and 50 has simmered over the past year, tensions mounted at the BET Hip-Hop Awards last September after members of the G-Unit clique got into a brawl with Maybach Music Group’s Gunplay. Ironically, the ceremony was the same location where 50 publicly mended fences with Fat Joe.

I mean, think about it, how the world do you think you just “randomly” get every baby momma together in the same place at the same time? The answer is, you don’t! So, TLC’s “Starter Wives Confidential” is the latest show that gets all the baby moms and ex-wives in one place. A few days ago, they said that 50 Cent had laid the proverbial smack down on his ex-girlfriend and child’s mother Shaniqua Tompkins took her off the show. But, I am hearing other things. I’m hearing that she’s already on the show and she’s going to be continuing to be on it as well.

If you google her, she’s worth $3 million! Wow! She definitely was not in the gym, but she’s definitely taking care of her and 50′s kid. She also apparently took care of 50 when he got shot. Back in September rapper 50 Cent’s baby mama Shaniqua Thompkins joined the cast of Starter Wives, a new reality show that promised to dish dirt on several of your favorite celebrities. Yeah, that’s not going to happen.

Reports Rhymes With Snitch via Radar Online:

Lamar Odom has no problem with his ex being on a reality show and talking about their sex life, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that rapper 50 Cent refused to let his ex star on the same show!

Starter Wives is a new TLC reality show that will focus on six women who have dated, been married to and have children with famous men, but the show was originally taped with seven women.

“Shaniqua Tompkins started out taping and was really a great on the show, but after she started 50 Cent got mad and made her stop,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

The rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, decided after filming began that he didn’t want her to reveal anything about his personal life or their child on the show, so he pulled the plug.

“Shaniqua had already filmed a lot for the show, but she didn’t want to fight with Curtis so she decided to bow out of the show before things got ugly.”

She is the rapper’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his son, but the two were never married and have not been getting along in recent years.

Shaniqua told Bossip.com that their relationship “has its ups and downs. It’s a hard relationship to explain. He’s a bitter man, very bitter.”

50 Cent’s rep did not respond to a request from Radar for a comment.

Starter Wives premieres on January 29 at 9pm on TLC.

Chief Keef stops by Power 92.1 in Richmond, Virginia before he got locked up and was in rare form for this Q&A session.

Before Chief Keef was sentenced to two months at Illinois Youth Center in St. Charles, Illinois for violating his probation, the 17-year-old Chicago rapper went on a promo tour for his debut album Finally Rich. Along the tour, he stopped at Power 92.1 in Richmond, Virginia for a question-and-answer session, something he rarely does.

While he avoided some questions and seemed outright annoyed by others, Keef did give some insight into his relationship with 50 Cent, as well as why he chose to sign with Interscope Records over Young Jeezy’s CTE imprint.

The rapper quickly clarified his relationship with 50 Cent after radio personality TT Torrez asked if he had become his mentor. “Nah… We be riding Ferrari’s together, he’s cool. He tells me a lot of stuff, a lot of dos and don’ts, but I don’t know who told you that stuff right there.”

Keef also named Young Jeezy as someone who tried to take the young emcee under their wing. “He came and spoke some words to me too, before I signed with Interscope.” He also said he turned down a deal with Jeezy for an opportunity to control his own label with Interscope.

“I can sign people, why would I sign to Young Jeezy? I’d rather sign to Interscope because Interscope is a bigger brand and they gave me my own label.”

French Montana talks about why he has “no real problem” with 50 Cent and says, “It’s my turn. Let me eat.”

With 2013 on the way, French Montana is looking to have as much success as he did last year. However, part of last year keeps coming up. In a recent interview with Hot 97, Montana was asked about one of his feuds from last year, the feud with 50 Cent. However, as French explained, this is not a “beef.” Instead, he says he wants 50 to let him “eat.”

“I try to keep it entertaining,” he said, when asked about their feud. “Me and him don’t got no real problem. It’s just…I had said something on a interview he read. He’s probably just looking for anything. He read it, sent a Tweet out and I sent a Tweet back. Ain’t no problem with him. 50 is 50.”

Montana then shared some respect for 50 Cent, explaining that he understands his success. However, he added that he wants his turn at the table now.

“Ain’t no beef, man. I’ve been doing good. I had a great year. I want to keep going. That man already did his thing. I feel like it’s my turn now. I don’t want to go back and forth with him. He already did his thing. Now it’s my turn. Let me eat.”

Reports AllHipHop:

Rappers 50 Cent and Young Jeezy shot their parts for the video to their new single “Major Distribution,” in Atlanta yesterday (January 5).

The new track, which also features Snoop Lion, is taken from 50′s upcoming album Street King Immortal.

50 Cent, extended members of G-Unit and members of Young Jeezy’s CTE were on hand during the video shoot and tweeted photos from the set.

It appears the 50 Cent will take some shots at his rival Rick Ross in the upcoming video.

Rapper Kidd Kidd posted pictures to his Instagram account, which showed an individual wearing what appeared to be Gunplay’s MMG chain.

50 Cent and Rick Ross have been feuding since January of 2009, with the most recent altercation taking place during the BET Awards in September.

Members of G-Unit brawled with Maybach Music Group artist Gunplay backstage during the BET Hip-Hop Awards, where the Florida rapper allegedly lost his signature MMG chain.

During the same ceremony, Maybach Music chief Rick Ross and Young Jeezy were involved in a minor scuffle backstage as well.

Since then, 50 Cent has been taunting Rick Ross and Gunplay.

In October, 50 Cent released a video of himself bowling in Atlanta and wearing the chain.

50 Cent’s Boxing Promotions Debut A Success, Yuri Gamboa Defeats Michael Farenas To Obtain WBA Super Featherweight Belt

The sky is the limit for Yuri Gamboa (22-0, 16 KOs) after winning his Manny Pacquaio vs. Juan Manuel Marquez undercard fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Dec. 8.

Gamboa, a former Cuban Olympic boxing Gold medalist and 50 Cent’s first promoted fighter, knocked off Filipino fighter Michael Farenas (34-4-4) by a convincing 117-109, 118-108 and 117-108 advantage. He obtained the WBA interim-super featherweight title with the victory.

Before the match, 50 Cent made his mark by lowering himself down to the ring from the rafters while rapping his new single “My Life.”

In the ring, things started out slow but quickly turned around for 50 Cent’s heavily favored client. Gamboa brought the fight to Farenas throughout the bout in order to score his convincing win.

He dropped Farenas to the mat in the second round, cut him open in the third and then dropped him again with a vicious combination in the seventh. Farenas didn’t give up, though, and tagged the favorite with a big left hook in the ninth round, sending him hurt to the mat.

It was a good but expected performance from the former Olympian. The fact that it came on as big of a stage as it did makes the win one of the biggest of his career.

The undefeated Gamboa is likely to find himself in the ring with super lightweightAdrien Broner as a result of pulling off this win.

Promoter 50 Cent said he was going to do whatever it takes to make it happen.

“I would [put Gamboa against Broner]. Gamboa’s next fight, he’ll probably move up to 135. That’s exciting, right? That what people want to see, right?,” 50 Cent said, according to Chuck Creekmur of AllHipHop.com.

The fight, if it does goes down, would be the biggest of Gamboa’s career. If he can pull a win off at a greater weight and against a fighter of Broner’s caliber, there would be nothing stopping him from stardom.

50 Cent says that his beef with Floyd Mayweather began over a $2 million debt.

While 50 Cent is hardly a stranger to beef, perhaps his most surprising feud in recent history involves his former friend and TMT Promotions partner Floyd Mayweather. Now, in a recent interview with Power 106 FM, Fif reveals the origins of his beef with the famed boxer.

According to Fif, the feud began over a $2 million debt Mayweather owes to Fiddy for starting their TMT Promotions company prior to Mayweather’s recent prison sentence. Fif explained that after his release from jail, Mayweather neglected his debt to the rapper and instead spent his fortune on jewelry and cars. Eventually, tensions boiled over and Mayweather lashed out at the rapper on Twitter at the behest of his entourage.

“[Mayweather] changed his mind…as he was actually going in to jail, he asked me to help him with Mayweather Promotions,” Fif recalled. “As he actually got in and I took a look, I realized there is no Mayweather Promotions: there’s no LLC, there’s no seals, there’s no ‘incorporated’…technically, Floyd is a Golden Boy fighter [for Oscar De La Hoya's promotion firm]. He fights on every Golden Boy card, they do all the footwork…so when he says, ‘Help me with Mayweather Promotions,’ and it’s not there, I go, ‘Okay, I know what he means: he wants me to put it together for him.’ So I do TMT Promotions, I get it all the way together…he comes home, and there’s the, ‘Let’s get Floyd back in pocket’ campaign that goes on, where there’s $300,000 chains being bought and buying him the new Lambourghini…and I’m sitting there going, ‘When are you going to give me the money?’…It’s about [$2 million owed] at that point. When he finally does bring up the actual situation, he acted like he didn’t know anything. Like, ‘I didn’t tell y’all to do that.’”

He added, “That’s not Floyd [on Twitter or Instagram dissing me]; Floyd don’t Tweet…he’s got somebody next to him. See, everybody around him is co-dependent, so they gonna roll with what he says regardless…they’ll tell him what to say. As soon as he gets confused, he’s gonna go, ‘Okay, okay, um, just call out [50 Cent].’”

Reports of the $10 million ($5 million each) fight offering emerged online early Thursday.

Rapper 50 Cent and boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather have been offered $5 million each to settle their beef inside a boxing ring. The two men, who were best friends, recently had a falling out over some business arrangements and have been slamming each other on Twitter. Eccentric billionaire Alki David and Celebrity Boxing Owner Damon Feldman have offered the men a huge pay day to square off in a three round boxing match. David says the match will air live on Filmon.com and Battlecam.com, two of his websites.

The boxing promoter also provided some context to why the fight would be on equal playing ground despite Fif’s lack of professional experience.

The men will have to wear headgear and the oversized boxing gloves for the three two-minute rounds. “50 has been Boxing for years and has a sizeable difference over Floyd but it equals out with Floyd’s experience,” says Alki. Alki most recently offered Chris Brown and Drake $5 Million each to settle their grudge over Rihanna in the ring, but Drake pulled out of the potential match.

50 Cent Managing Himself Due To Chris Lighty’s Death

The death of music executive Chris Lighty left 50 Cent without his good friend and manager, which prompted the rapper to take control of his own career.

Reports HipHopWired:

Lighty, founder of Violator Management, steered 50′s career up until his death, two months ago. Dead from an apparent suicide, claims which 50 Cent is investigating, Lighty’s reportedly took his own life outside of his Bronx apartment. Revealing his new status to the world via Twitter, 50 explained that his long-delayed album has been placed on hold. “I manage my self now that Chris lighty has passed. I’m not going to rush my album out. now that I’m doing both job’s,” he wrote.

50 also offered an explanation as to why he feels Hip-Hop is on the wrong path. “Hip hop has been damaged by fake fraudulent artist who just say anything.now it seems like authenticity means nothing,” he continued, before taking a shot at Rick Ross. “The culture is so confused a gangsta is bobbing to a cop LMAO think about it,It’s just the facts.”

Promising not to march to anyone elses beat, the G-Unit head honcho also explained why he prefers to move forward with his art rather than give fans much of the same. “Don’t ask for the old 50 a artist has to grow and do new things. If I just did that style of music the same a**holes would be saying,no good it’s the same.”

Over the summer 50 told us that he’s had so much time to work on the album that he has no choice but to make it perfect, the only problem is the public has no idea when they’ll actually get to hear the fruits of his labor.

G-Unit’s 50 Cent may not have addressed his alleged near-fight showdown with Diddy at the BET Hip Hop Awards taping, however, he has now acknowledged something did take place.

Although he did not go into detail, Fif did tip his cap to rumors of tensions boiling between him and Puff down in Atlanta.

The G-Unit rapper proved to have had some regrets about not having a fight with P. Diddy after the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards after a fan tweeted him about their beef. “@50cent u shoulda knocked diddy out lmaoooo,” tweeted a follower. The rapper retweeted, “I know RT @50cent u shoulda knocked diddy out lmaoooo.” (Tale Tela)

Last week, Bad Boy’s Machine Gun Kelly revealed some words were shot at Puff Daddy courtesy of Fif.

“I was about to go say ‘what’s up’ and introduce myself to Gunplay right when that was about to happen,” MGK said in an interview. “Right before that happened 50 came up to Puff – I think it was the other way around — I don’t like to stay in one place I like to roam and just look at people so I was just roaming through the trailers and I just remember 50 coming up outside of Puff’s trailer and being like, but Puff was on the inside of his trailer so he said to somebody and was like, ‘What kind of money Puff say he was getting again? A couple weeks ago, an alleged near-fight photo of 50 and Diddy hit the Internet.

Additional reports suggested Fif fueled the tense incident.

Man, it seems like someone put something in the punch at last night’s BET Hip-Hop Awards, because there was way too much confrontation. Not sure how this surfaced since in the letter Summers asks Mayweather to tear it up after reading, but in the letter he encourages the boxing champ to split from long-time adviser Al Haymon because he did an underhanded deal and join the new venture so he can rake in over $100 million a fight.

A brief war of words with platinum-selling rap star 50 Cent isn’t keeping French Montana from celebrating his “Pop That” from going number one on the urban music charts.

Reports Sohh:

Bad Boy Records CEO Diddy broke the news and publicly shouted out French this afternoon.

“Congrats to @FrencHMonTanA . Pop Dat just went #1 on the Urban Billboard charts! Thank you to the whole Bad Boy & Interscope Staff!,” he tweeted October 11th.

“The Rage can now begin with @machinegunkelly’s #LaceUp available NOW! http://bit.ly/NRwJin #BadBoy” (Diddy’s Twitter)

Montana acknowledged Puff’s announcement and thanked his Bad Boy family.

Recently, 2 Live Crew’s Uncle Luke spoke on waiting for residuals from the sampled hit.

“Pop That,” set to appear on French’s forthcoming debut Excuse My French, samples the former 2 Live Crew rapper’s single “I Wanna Rock.” And according to Luke, he hasn’t been compensated just yet. “When I heard the song I said, ‘Oh this is a hit,’ and the next thing I said is, ‘Where’s my check?” Luke told MTV News on the red carpet at the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards. “Ain’t nobody told me about my check yet. 50 Cent let off some shots for the world to read all from his Twitter account (@50Cent), as he aimed a barrage of insults toward fellow NY rapper French Montana.

The taunting messages which found 50 calling the Bronx MC “weak” among other things, has now earned a response from French, who took to Twitter earlier to fire back.

“@50cent damnnn homie last year u was da mannnnn homieeeeeee wat da fuuuckkk happen to uuuuuu,” the “Pop That” rapper tweeted this morning. “stop wearing jean shorts wit your knee cap showin swagless monkeyyyyyyyyy #cokeboyyssss lol [sic],” he continued.

The tweets didn’t stop there however, French’s MMG comrade, and fellow rival of 50′s, Rick Ross also stepped in with a message of his own. “y’all kno these hoe niggas get emotional around the holidays haaa [sic],” tweeted the Bawse.

As previously reported, 50 took offense to comments that French made about him in a recent interview and went on Twitter to blast the Bad Boy rapper.

“French Montana you ain’t Sh!t boy,” ’Fif tweeted early Wednesday morning (October 10). “You out your league talking about me you hoe. i read your little interview what the fucx is you high.

“French your Sh!t so weak you never had a song by your self fool,” 50 continued with the onslaught. “Ain’t nobody’s waiting to hear your verse. Girl. I’m not tweeting about this little fool No more.I’m a see him and he gonna explain that’s it.”

50’s comments come in retaliation for French’s response about ’Fif’s record sales in a recent interview.

“Of course, Ross is on his fifth album,” Montana said, after being asked if Rozay will have a longer run than 50. “And like I said, he’s only getting bigger. This is going to be Ross’ first platinum album. He never went platinum. So when 50 came up, 50 sold 10 million. Then after his first album, he just kept on going down. You think 50 could come out and sell 10 million now?

“I feel like beef hurt him,” he added later. “I feel like it helped Ross unite people. That’s why Maybach Music is one of the biggest labels. It just makes sense.”

That aside, French isn’t the only rapper that 50 is firing at. The G-Unit general recently wore what appears to be Gunplay’s MMG chain during released footage of him bowling in Washington DC earlier this week. This comes after 50’s G-Unit entourage brawled with Gunplay at the BET Hip-Hop Awards.

Gunplay Speaks On 50 Cent & G-Unit Scuffle: “The Donkey Walks W/ Eight Other Donkeys”

Maybach Music Group’s Gunplay has confirmed his scuffle with 50 Cent’s entourage went down 48 hours ago and detailed how he ended up in police handcuffs during the BET Hip Hop Awards ’12 taping in Atlanta.

Reports Sohh:

Calling into New York’s Power 105.1 radio station, Gunplay revealed he got outnumbered by Fif’s crew.

“First of all, I’m not going to say the donkey’s name ’cause I ain’t gonna ruin a career that’s already ruined,” Gunplay said. “We’re going to call him donkey because he’s the donkey of the day. The donkey walks with eight other donkeys — I was getting ready to go catch my ride, police told me I couldn’t leave the trailers — I turn around and see the donkey with eight other donkeys and it was either me jump the barrier and run or stand, pull up my pants and knuckle it out with the donkey — he walks up to me, nodded at one of the donkeys and one of the donkeys set it off and we rumbled — the pepper spray came — [it was] that man security. He also promised things would have turned out differently if the incident went down in his Miami, Florida hometown.

50 Cent Opens Investigation Into Chris Lighty’s Death (Video)

At the request of Chris Lighty’s grieving mother, superstar artist 50 Cent has brought in a high-powered team to investigate the hip hop mogul’s death, sources confirmed.

Reports Fox 5:

Fox 5 News has obtained a copy of his will, which leaves everything to his wife. What is on page 3 is raising eyebrows. Except for a fund set aside for his children, the will says if he is survived by his wife, “I give my entire residuary estate, real and personal, to her.”

One of the country’s top attorneys, Arthur Aidala, said the will gives his wife a lot of power.

Lighty managed the careers of superstars like 50 Cent and Diddy and orchestrated multimillion-dollar deals. He died last month allegedly from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after an argument with his wife.

The will, drafted in 2007, provides a separate $1.6 million trust fund for his children.

Aidala said establishing that trust shows great care and planning, especially for a man who at that time was only in his late thirties.

Lighty was laid to rest earlier this month after a star-studded sendoff. But many of those who knew him still can’t it believe it was a suicide, as the New York City Medical Examiner ruled.

Dr. Michael Baden, a former New York City chief medical examiner, was called in by the family for a second autopsy. The results so far are inconclusive.

Baden told Fox 5 that the cause of his death, by gunshot, is not in question, but he is waiting for other test results.

Sources also said Lighty was not deep in a bottomless financial hole and that he had just secured a world tour for 50 Cent for next year.

This is how it started, he was on my show. He was cute, and you know I flirt with all the cute guys on my show. And I thought he was just adorable. Then, he started sending me flowers but ridiculous amounts of like 50 white roses, and it was like laughable.

I was like, “Get these out of my office! This is so embarrassing.” Then he started to call my office, and my assistant was like, “50 Cent is calling and I swear I think it is him.” And I’m like, “Oh, my God.”

Handler goes on to reveal that they dated regularly when Jackson moved to LA but the romance turned sour when Ciara got jealous and started blowing up his phone!

Chelsea reveals in her memoirs explicit details about her relationship with 50 Cent, but the most intriguing excerpts released deal with why the pair broke up.

The answer? in a word… “Ciara”

I really can’t remember the exact the details, but I’ll tell you what I can remember. I think one of his ex-girlfriends was coming on my show and she’s one of those singers -I can’t remember her name. She’s really hot. He was dating her I guess previous to me.

Right before Anguilla, Ciara–that’s her name!–was coming on the show, and he called me to tell me something about her like she still calls him all the time, and she still tells him that she loves him or something.

And I’m at my job, and I go: “Curtis, honestly this is like eighth grade sh*t. Why are you telling me this? This girl is coming on the show tomorrow, and now I have to look at her and think you guys have some weird thing going on or had going on.”

It was so juvenile. I’m at my work and I work my ass off all the time, and I have million different things and even though it’s not like important work, I am working hard. I’m doing sh*t.

He said, “I want you to hear this conversation” and he was like calling someone like a 3-way phone call.

I go, “So you’re telling me this girl wants to get back together with you, but she’s upset that you’re dating me, is that what you’re saying?” He’s like, “Yeah, so I just want you to know when she comes.”

I think I called him the worst thing you could say to a black person short of calling him the N-word. I said something like you’re like a street person basically. Something along the lines of being a gangster, and it was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.

According to Fif, Interscope nearly came close to pulling the trigger on his career.

While several boxers have announced their contracts with TMT Promotions, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has remained silent despite his partnership with the company.

Reports Yahoo:

50 Cent has insinuated that Mayweather has joined TMT Promotions on Twitter by posting that Oscar De La Hoya “won’t be promoting Floyd” in the future. However, Mayweather is still considered a part of Golden Boy Promotions at this point. Billy Dib has already joined TMT Promotions while Andre Berto and Zab Judah have also been rumored to have signed contracts. Signing Floyd Mayweather Jr. could be the key to the new promoter’s success, but he’s (Floyd) been silent on his next move.

In addition to not signing yet, there are whispers that 50 and Floyd’s fiance are a little to close for Floyd’s comfort.

ESPN is reporting that former five-time world champion Zab Judah and 50 are in the advanced stages of negotiations.

“I just left 50,” Judah told ESPN’s Dan Rafael. “He’s a very interesting person. I’ve spent a lot of time with him when he was in (Las) Vegas (where Judah lives). We’ve been friends. I’ve been knowing 50 for a long time. His brain for business is phenomenal. We met Monday and (Tuesday). When you’re doing big things it takes time. Anything that comes fast is not worth it. We’re planning on doing it big. I like what 50 brings to the table. It’s a great game plan. I think it will be a very good situation that will play out in boxing. It’ll be something new and fresh.”

Judah is a free agent now after his contract with Kathy Duva’s Main Events ran out. If things go according to plan his next bout will be a title fight. Either against IBF junior welterweight world champion, Lamont Peterson, who may be stripped of his title after a recent positive drug test. Or he could face undefeated Mike Alvarado (33-0, 23 KO) for the vacant IBF title.

Zudah sounded confident that either fight would take place under the TMT Promotions banner.

50 Cent Now A Licensed Boxing Promoter In State Of New York

Fiddy just added a new title to his portfolio and is now an official licensed boxing promoter in the state of New York.

Reports Sohh:

According to reports, Fif is also looking to get a license in Nevada.

Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix reports that Curtis Jackson is now an officially licensed boxing promoter in New York State, with plans to get his license in Nevada as well. His company is called The Money Team Promotions (TMT) and will reportedly rep Yuri Gamboa and Andre Dirrell at the outset. There’s no word on whether 50 will ultimately work officially with Floyd. And while a Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight is still a longshot, if anybody can make it happen it’s a dude who survived nine gunshot wounds. (Complex)

Back in April, undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, Jr. hinted at Fif’s venture into boxing promotion.

In an interview with RingTV, Mayweather revealed that 50 Cent has been getting involved with Mayweather Promotions and may be featured on a fight card in the future. “Well, 50 is getting involved in boxing as far as getting involved with fighters, because he boxed at one particular time in South Side Jamaica, Queens. I had a chance of actually going to his neighborhood, and he was a rough, rough kid, tough,” Mayweather said. “I think he’s going to be involved on the promotion side. We may even put him there, let him fight on pay-per-view one time. So we don’t really know what the future holds, but he is getting involved with boxing,” he added.

50 Cent’s SMS Audio Appearance Rejected After Autism Remarks

G-Unit leader 50 Cent is still feeling the backlash from recently making offensive autism-related comments as a scheduled Ireland appearance has now been nixed.

Report Sohh:

According to reports, Fif’s appearance at an event tomorrow (July 11) to promote his SMS Audio headphones is cancelled.

50 Cent was due to appear at Carphone Warehouse in Dundrum Town Centre tomorrow to launch his new brand of headphones and meet fans, however to event has been cancelled last minute due to a slew of complaints regarding the rapper’s comments on Twitter making a joke of Autism. Carphone Warehouse released a statement saying: To all our fans and customers, We wish to assure you all that we entirely appreciate all of your responses in regards to the visit of 50 Cent and would like to take this opportunity to reinforce that we as a company value each and every one of our customers. We appreciate that 50 Cent has issued an apology in relation to his recent comments however we have decided not to go ahead with the event on Wednesday.

Prior to the cancellation, reports stated Fif would be on hand to meet fans.

Rap artist 50 Cent is visiting Ireland on 11 July to launch his new range of SMS audio headsets that will be sold exclusively in Carphone Warehouse. The multi-platinum selling artist will be at Carphone Warehouse, Dundrum Town Centre to meet fans and sign his range of headphones. “Carphone Warehouse customers will get the opportunity to demonstrate the new SMS audio headphones before meeting 50 Cent in person and our ‘Geek Squad’ and sales advisors in Dundrum will receive training from 50 Cent on his full SMS range,” said Peter Scott of Carphone Warehouse.

50 Cent Scolds Lloyd Banks & Tony Yayo, “They Just Don’t Do What They’re Supposed To Do”

Fiddy is putting his protégés Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo on blast by revealing what business problems they have yet to address since exploding onto the music scene over a decade ago.

Fif said the “Punchline King” and “Talk of New York” need to finally find real management.

50 Cent still has plenty of love for his G-Unit brothers, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo. He just thinks that “they need to get themselves together.” And he’s partially blaming himself for it. The G-Unit general made that point clear on a recent appearance on Big Boy’s Neighborhood. “I’ve enabled them to a point where they feel like they don’t have to do anything,” 50 began explaining about Banks and Yayo. “I end up doing their job, too.” “They haven’t had a manager,” he added. “I’ve been managing them for their entire careers. That $8.7, $9 million a piece. I did that for them. I’m telling them since the top of last year, ‘Yo you got to find managers.’” And on Yayo: “Yayo has to do a lot more. He just doesn’t do what he’s supposed to do.”

Back in May, the rap executive revealed having not talked to Banks in nearly a year.

“He goes through these things where there’s no communication and he goes off and does what he wants, it’s set at that point because I’ve spent marketing dollars so he can go wherever he wants to go and actually go do shows, make money and do other things,” 50 told radio host Big Boy. “At that point, it’s fine for him to move around and go do it by himself. I want them to be individuals and operate on their own away from me, I’m fine with it. … We can get on the phone together, but I haven’t spoken to him. I haven’t spoken to Banks in nine months. But this is not the first time this has happened. He’s a baby. He’s the youngest in the actual G-Unit, he got really rich at 19. Both him and Tony [Yayo] have made over nine million dollars. With [Young] Buck, it was almost eight million dollars.”

50 Cent Says Bulletproof SUV Protected Him In Car Accident (Video)

Fif says his choice of wheels saved his life: “We would’ve flipped if it was a regular truck.”

It’s not uncommon for an artist of 50 Cent’s stature to ride around in a bulletproof vehicle. But according to the Queens rapper, the car was responsible for saving him from more than bullets when he was rear-ended by a Mack Truck earlier this week.

In an interview with MTV News, 50 explained that the car’s sturdiness protected him. “We spun off into the rail. We would’ve flipped if it was a regular truck, but the truck weighs a ton because it has additional stuff in it.”

50 detailed the reason behind the accident. “We were just riding down the LIE and a Mack Truck — he said he lost control of the vehicle later to police officers because his load shifted.”

“He tried to brake, his load shifted, and he lost control and he ran into the back of the truck,” explained Fif. “It did more damage to the Mack Truck than it did to my truck, ’cause I got a level six; it’s a bulletproof vehicle. It’s the same standard as what they’re moving Obama around in.”

Finally 50 dismissed any idea that he staged the accident for publicity. “Trust me, I have enough money to not hit myself with a Mack Truck to try to get a few dollars,” he said. “What’s the thought process on this? It makes no sense to me.”

50 Cent Injured In Car Accident (Exclusive Pictures)

50 Cent was in a bad accident tonight as his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mac truck on the LIE in NYC.

Reports This is 50:

He was put on a stretcher and taken to the nearest Queens hospital where they are currently running test on his neck and back. His driver is also currently in the hospital as the SUV almost flipped over. The truck driver reportedly told police his loaded shifted and lost control of the vehicle.
